is the form that each of you can use to gather t-shirt
and free registration for the run/walk; bundle $500
and we'll also print your (or your family or team)
name on the event t-shirt. On the home page of
MNLyme.com is a list of the activities that we carry
out throughout the year - use that list when talking
about the group and why monetary support is vital.
Also talk about the support and educational
benefits you have personally received, and why the
group is important to you.
